3. Unopened Products: If you change your mind, you can return unopened products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Opened or Used Products: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged or defective.
2. Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you used a digital wallet, the refund will be credited to your wallet account.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
